Members of the non ACF division of the Chapter can participate in Chef de Cuisine functions and events.

      Active, $75.00: Any Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef, Culinary Educator, Executive Sous-Chef or Sous Chef

      Culinarian, $55.00: Any cook or pastry cook that is not in a supervisory level.

      Student Culinarian, $35.00: Any cook or pastry cook that is currently an Apprentice, Student or Intern.

     Junior Culinarian, $25.00: Any High School Level Student that desires to be a Chef.

      Senior/Lifetime Member, $50.00: Only applies to retiring CHEFS that have been a Member for 10 years.

      Allied, $75.00: An individual employed in a field related to the culinary profession (Dietitian, Nutritionist, F & B manager, Restaurant manager or Owner, etc)

      Associate; $75.00: Any person of Good Moral Standing employed by any reputable Company catering to the Food Service Industry.

      Culinary Enthusiast, $75.00: Any person at the discretion of and a passing majority vote of the Board of Directors may be a member.

      Purveyor: $250.00: Any reputable Company or Service Vendor that supplies or caters to the Food Industry.

Honorary: The Board of Directors makes the exclusive decision as to who is to be granted this honor.
