Employers simply do not advertise for top Chef positions in the Newspaper anymore. It is all done by internet. PLEASE check out our new Employment Opportunity section of our website. As of today we have 26 postings for top Kitchen Positions in San Diego. Our employment section is growing daily.

What a nice turnout to the August General meeting. Mark Bruning and his staff did a great job. I love Beef short ribs and the Polenta was perfectly cooked & seasoned. Mark always insures that we have a great selection of Appetizers for the reception. We also had a presentation by Diane Coleman of the new Fryer oil filtration system. I found it very interesting as well as the other Chefs in the crowd.

President's Message for September

Hello everyone, I want to say a great big thank you to everyone who attended the August General Meeting at the San Diego Country Club. We had an excellent turnout. As always Executive Chef Mark Bruning and his staff put out a great meal. The service was first rate and I want to thank everyone who donated tips for the wait staff. This is something that we started I believe last year and I am so glad that we did. I know the wait staff is very thankful. It is a nice touch for all of us as an association to show that we really do appreciate their hard work and efforts.
