To all Member Chefs,
Employers simply do not advertise for top Chef positions in the Newspaper anymore. It is all done by internet. PLEASE check out our new Employment Opportunity section of our website. As of today we have 26 postings for top Kitchen Positions in San Diego. Our employment section is growing daily.
This is a service that the Chefs de Cuisine Association offers our members. Nonmembers do not have access to this site so PLEASE use it to your best advantage.

Hello everyone and a very Merry Happy to you and yours. I sure hated to miss the Christmas Party, but in these times you cannot say no to business even when it pops up at the last minute.

Everyone has told me it was a great party and we had an excellent silent auction, which raised just over $1100.00, way to go Kelly, Heather and John. Also, what a wonderful great bunch of Chefs de Cuisine members. You did yourself proud. Thank you one and all.
