Employers simply do not advertise for top Chef positions in the Newspaper anymore. It is all done by internet. PLEASE check out our new Employment Opportunity section of our website. As of today we have 26 postings for top Kitchen Positions in San Diego. Our employment section is growing daily.
This is a service that the Chefs de Cuisine Association offers our members. Nonmembers do not have access to this site so PLEASE use it to your best advantage.

What a nice turnout to the August General meeting. Mark Bruning and his staff did a great job. I love Beef short ribs and the Polenta was perfectly cooked & seasoned. Mark always insures that we have a great selection of Appetizers for the reception. We also had a presentation by Diane Coleman of the new Fryer oil filtration system. I found it very interesting as well as the other Chefs in the crowd.
